1. Muscle Worship Is an Intermediary Platform

Muscle Worship provides the technology platform through which independent adult content Creators publish content and offer virtual interactions (subscriptions, paid chat, webcam sessions, and video calls) to Fans. Muscle Worship:

• is a hosting service provider and online platform within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) whose role is limited to the storage, transmission, formatting, and dissemination of information provided by its users;
• is not the producer, author, or publisher of Creator content, which is created and controlled by the relevant Creator;
• is not a party to any transaction between a Fan and a Creator. Each paid interaction between a Fan and a Creator is a direct contract between those two users on the standard terms set out in the Terms of Service. Muscle Worship acts solely as intermediary and limited payment-collection agent: it collects Fan payments, deducts its platform fee and applicable taxes, and remits the balance to the Creator;
• is not an escort agency, modelling agency, talent agency, dating service, or employment agency, and does not arrange, offer, or facilitate in-person meetings or physical services of any kind.

2. Creators Are Independent

Creators are independent adults who use the Platform on a self-employed basis. Nothing in the Terms of Service or in any Creator's use of the Platform creates an employment relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise between Muscle Worship and any Creator. Creators:

• decide for themselves what content to create, what services to offer, what prices to charge (within Platform-supported ranges), and when to be available;
• are solely responsible for the legality, quality, accuracy, and delivery of their content and services, and for their conduct toward Fans and other users;
• are solely responsible for their own tax registration, reporting, and payment obligations in their jurisdictions;
• are personally bound by the Terms of Service even where an agent, manager, studio, or other third party assists them. Only verified individual persons may operate Creator accounts, and our legal relationship is with that individual personally.

3. No Endorsement; No Verification of Content Claims

While all Creators complete mandatory age and identity verification before publishing, Muscle Worship does not and cannot verify every statement a Creator makes in their profile or content (including statements about measurements, athletic achievements, competition history, or credentials). All such statements are the sole responsibility of the Creator concerned. The presence of a Creator or their content on the Platform does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or certification by Muscle Worship.

4. Fantasy and Entertainment Content

Content on the Platform includes muscle worship, bodybuilding, physique display, domination, roleplay, and related fetish and fantasy themes. Such content is performance and entertainment. Depictions or descriptions of power exchange, domination, or submission within content are consensual performances by verified adults and do not depict or document real-world non-consensual conduct. No content on the Platform may be understood as an offer of in-person services.

5. Assumption of Risk; Interactions Between Users

You interact with other users at your own risk. Muscle Worship is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether on or off the Platform. Arranging or attending in-person meetings with any person you encounter through the Platform is prohibited by the Terms of Service; if you nonetheless do so, you act entirely at your own risk and Muscle Worship accepts no responsibility or liability for any resulting loss, damage, injury, or harm. We do not conduct criminal-background screening of users.

You acknowledge that if you appear in content or interact on webcam, you may be identifiable notwithstanding any tools (such as geo-blocking) that you or we may use, and that content, once viewed by others, is capable of being unlawfully copied and redistributed by third parties in breach of our Terms. Muscle Worship will enforce its rights and support takedown efforts as described in the DMCA & Content Removal Policy but cannot guarantee prevention of third-party misuse.

6. No Professional Advice

Content on the Platform — including fitness, training, nutrition, supplementation, and physique-related content — is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute medical, health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals. Muscle Worship is not liable for any action taken in reliance on Platform content.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform integrates third-party services (including payment processing, age and identity verification, and hosting infrastructure) and may contain links to third-party websites. Muscle Worship does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or websites, their content, or their privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Accuracy of Platform Information

We work to keep the Platform's own informational content accurate and current, but we make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we provide the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Statutory rights of consumers — including conformity rights under Directive (EU) 2019/770 as implemented in applicable law — are not affected by this Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of Liability

This Disclaimer does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, Muscle Worship's liability to you is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you retain all mandatory statutory rights of the country in which you reside.

10. Report Illegal Content

If you believe any content on the Platform is illegal, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise violates our rules, report it immediately through the mechanisms described in our DMCA & Content Removal Policy (complaints@muscleworship.io). Reports concerning non-consensual material or minors are prioritised and, where required, referred to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
