Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel — At a Glance

• Subscriptions: cancel auto-renewal any time in *Settings → Subscriptions* (one click), or by emailing support@muscleworship.io from your registered email address. Cancellation stops the next billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Booked Sessions: cancel from your bookings dashboard. Your refund depends on how far in advance you cancel (Section 4).
• Statutory withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers): use the online cancellation function at *Settings → Contracts → Withdraw*, the model form in Section 7, or any clear statement to support@muscleworship.io.
• Account closure: *Settings → Account → Close Account* at any time.

There is no minimum contract term. You never need to call, write a letter, or give a reason to stop a renewal.

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same length at the price disclosed at purchase. The renewal price, interval, and next billing date are always shown in your Subscriptions dashboard.

2.2 To avoid being billed for the next period, cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect immediately for billing purposes; your access continues until the end of the period already paid.

2.3 Auto-renewal stops automatically — without any action by you — if the Subscription price has increased since your last renewal (renewal then requires your fresh consent) or if your payment method declines.

2.4 If a Creator closes their account or their content becomes unavailable during your paid period, Section 5 of the Refund Policy applies.

3. Wallet Top-Ups

Wallet top-ups are one-time purchases, never recurring. No card is charged on a schedule for wallet credit. Refundability of unused Wallet Credits is governed by Section 6 below and the Refund Policy.

4. Sessions (Chat, Webcam, Video Call)

4.1 Cancellation by the Fan.

4.2 Cancellation by the Creator. If the Creator cancels at any time, or fails to attend within the grace period disclosed at booking, you receive a full refund. Creator late cancellations and no-shows are tracked; repeated occurrences lead to fees, ranking consequences, suspension, or termination of the Creator account.

4.3 Rescheduling. A rescheduling proposal accepted by both parties replaces the original booking without fees. A rescheduling request declined or ignored is treated as a cancellation by the requesting party under 4.1–4.2.

4.4 Technical failure. If a Session cannot proceed or is materially interrupted due to a failure of the Platform's infrastructure, you are entitled to a full or pro-rata refund under the Refund Policy. If the failure is on one participant's side (device, connection), the dispute process in Section 4.5 applies.

4.5 Disputes. Problems with a Session (non-delivery, material non-conformity, misconduct) must be raised via the Platform dispute system within 48 hours of the scheduled Session end. Escrowed funds for a disputed Session remain locked until the dispute is decided. Outcomes and appeal routes are described in the Refund Policy and Section 20 of the Terms of Service.

5. Statutory Right of Withdrawal — EU/EEA and UK Consumers

5.1 If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions in Section 6. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded (for services, digital content, Subscriptions, and Wallet top-ups: the day of purchase).

5.2 To exercise the right, before the period expires, send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal — via the online withdrawal function at *Settings → Contracts → Withdraw*, by using the model form in Section 7, or by emailing support@muscleworship.io. We will confirm receipt on a durable medium without delay.

5.3 If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you (Refund Policy, Section 2).

6. When the Withdrawal Right Is Lost or Reduced (the Important Part)

6.1 One-off digital content (clips, photo sets, pay-to-unlock media). At checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming: *"I expressly request immediate access to this digital content and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins."* If you give that consent and acknowledgment, the withdrawal right is lost when access begins (streaming, viewing, or download). If you do not consent, access is delayed until the withdrawal period expires.

6.2 Live services (Sessions: chat, webcam, video calls). By booking a Session that starts within the withdrawal period, you expressly request performance during that period and acknowledge that (a) once the Session has been fully performed, the withdrawal right is lost, and (b) if you withdraw after performance has begun but before completion, you must pay a proportionate amount for the part already performed. The contractual cancellation terms in Section 4, where more generous, apply instead.

6.3 Subscriptions. The 14-day withdrawal right applies to your initial Subscription purchase to a given Creator (not to each automatic renewal). If you consent at purchase to immediate access to subscription content, withdrawal within the 14 days entitles you to a refund reduced by a proportionate amount for the period already elapsed and content already accessed, per the Refund Policy. Stopping future renewals is always available without any window, per Section 2.

6.4 Wallet Credits. You may withdraw from a Wallet top-up within 14 days and receive a refund of unused credits from that top-up. Spending credits on digital content or Sessions triggers, for each spend, the consent/acknowledgment mechanics of Sections 6.1–6.2 for that purchase.

6.5 These rules implement Articles 9, 14, and 16(a)/(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (in Estonia: Law of Obligations Act §§ 53–56) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory conformity remedies for defective digital content or services (Refund Policy, Section 4).

8. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel a Session, Subscription, or other purchase where required for legal, safety, or compliance reasons, or where the Content or Creator account concerned is removed under our policies. In that case you receive a full or pro-rata refund per the Refund Policy, except where the cancellation results from your breach of the Terms of Service.

9. Consumer Dispute Resolution

EU/EEA consumers may refer unresolved disputes to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, tarbijakaitse.ee) at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), Endla 10a, Tallinn, or to the ADR entity of their country of residence. This does not limit your right to go to court (Terms of Service, Section 21).
